The Spoonie Authors Podcast is dedicated to promoting disabled authors and educating the public about disability issues inside and outside of publishing. Each episode will feature an interview with a different author.

If you are an author who is disabled, Deaf, blind, neurodiverse, Spoonie, managing mental illness, and/or managing chronic conditions and you want to share your work on the Spoonie Authors Podcast, please email diannalgunn @ gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your author name
  • The genre(s) you write in
  • A link to your author website
  • If there’s a particular project you would like to focus on during your interview
  • If there’s a specific date you would like your interview to go live on

The Spoonie Authors Podcast will go live on Fridays starting on February 7th, 2020. Interview requests will be considered all year round, but slots are on a first come, first serve basis. If you want your interview to go live on a specific date, make sure you email us your request at least six weeks in advance.

Editor’s note: This is an extremely exciting project starting in early 2020, and I’m thrilled that Dianna Gunn will be running this podcast!
